'LanternRiftPark' originated from a simple vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family launched our pizzeria in 1985, starting out as a quaint, family-oriented business boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Luca Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered pizza craftsmanship during her sojourns across Italy, immersing herself in learning from Naples' esteemed pizza masters. After her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of quintessential Italian pizza, honoring age-old techniques and selecting only the finest raw materials.
Our journey began with a humble pizzeria housing merely 12 seats and has since transformed into a cherished community cornerstone, all the while upholding our dedication to caliber and authenticity. We persist in adopting classic wood-fired oven methods, crafting our dough from scratch each day, and choosing the premium ingredients accessible.
Still a family-run entity to this day, 'LanternRiftPark' is helmed by the second generation of the Bianchi legacy, guiding our zealous crew. Despite some contemporary upgrades, the essence of our ethos remains: forging sumptuous, genuine pizza that unites folks.
